1. OVERVIEW
San Diego Collaborative is the brand under which this Spring Break Baseball Camp is marketed and promoted.
The camp is operated by Natives Baseball Club ("Camp Operator"), who is responsible for all on-field training, coaching, player development, and camp activities.
The technology platform, website, and payment processing are sponsored by RateMyBaseballClub.com through their technology partner Astucia.AI.
Diamond Cut Jerky is a proud sponsor of this camp, providing beef jerky for camp participants.
By accessing or using this website to register for the Spring Break Baseball Camp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
2. CAMP REGISTRATION
By registering a player for the Spring Break Baseball Camp, the parent or legal guardian confirms that:
- They are the parent or legal guardian of the registered player
- All information provided during registration is accurate and complete
- The player is physically able to participate in baseball training activities
- They have read and agree to the camp policies and guidelines
3. FEEDBACK AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
By registering for this camp through the San Diego Collaborative platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- San Diego Collaborative will request feedback about your camp experience
- This feedback request will be facilitated through RateMyBaseballClub.com
- You will receive an email after the camp asking you to evaluate and provide feedback on the camp
- Your feedback will be used for continuous improvement of camp programs and services
Your participation in providing feedback is voluntary but greatly appreciated. Feedback helps us improve the quality of training and experience for all participants.
4. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Registration fees are due at the time of registration. Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the camp start date. Refunds requested within 7 days of the camp start date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Minimum Registration Requirement: A minimum of 25 players must be registered for the camp to proceed. We will make a final decision 3 weeks prior to the camp start date. If the minimum registration is not met and the camp is cancelled, all registered participants will be notified and full refunds will be issued.
5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Baseball is a physical sport that carries inherent risks of injury. By registering your player, you acknowledge and accept these risks. San Diego Collaborative Youth Baseball, its coaches, volunteers, and partners are not liable for injuries sustained during camp activities, except in cases of gross negligence.
6. CODE OF CONDUCT
All participants are expected to:
- Treat coaches, volunteers, and fellow players with respect
- Follow instructions from camp staff
- Demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times
- Arrive on time and be picked up promptly at the end of each session
Camp organizers reserve the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior is disruptive or endangers others, without refund.
7. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA
Photos and videos may be taken during camp activities for promotional purposes. If you do not wish your player to be photographed, please notify camp staff in writing before the first day of camp.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
